PreHung Options

This Option is for adding a Prehung Jamb to a door, that is not listed as Prehung already.  Some doors are not included with this Option.

Our Exterior Prehung jambs are made of solid hardwood and use quality components, such as Ball Bearing hinges, q-lon weatherstripping, Bronze thresholds, etc.  Our Interior Prehung option includes flat mahogany jambs and stops and your choice of hinge color.

Getting a new door with our  "Factory Prehung" is a necessity to ensure proper fit and operation.

Exterior Prehang Option Includes:

• 1 1/4" Thick Solid Wood Kerfed Exterior Jambs in 4 9/16", 5 1/4" and 6 5/8" widths
• 4" Ball Bearing Hinges in Brass, Bronze, or Zinc
• Choice of Sill: Zinc, Bronze, Brass, or Oak (wood)
• Door Shoe Choice: Zinc, Bronze, Brass
• Choice of Weatherstrip:  Bronze or White
• Bore:  2 1/8" Hole, 2 3/8" Backset; Double Bore is 5 1/2" On Center
• 2 1/2" Interior Casing
• 2 1/4" Exterior Brickmolding
